First Impressions are the Most Lasting!
As they say, you never get a second chance to make a first impression. Well, that really is not a concern here! Within your first steps inside this home, you know that you are somewhere pretty special!
The foyer is spacious and welcoming- offers lots of room to settle in and explore this stunning home!
Located right off the foyer is a beautiful full bathroom, two closets offering excellent storage as well as a sizeable laundry room.
As you further explore this home, you are sure to be left in awe when you enter the Living Room and Dining Room.
The space is generous and beautiful and will make entertaining a breeze! The footprint of this space is simple, yet perfect- allowing for optimal design configurations and truly making it simple to just move in!
The gas fireplace acts as a beautiful focal point in the room while also providing a comforting warmth. The hardwood floors through this space and the entire home have been refinished so beautifully and the large, bright windows flood the home with gorgeous sunlight!
Your (Literally!) Brand New Kitchen!
Consistent with the rest of the home, the kitchen has been completely renovated and will easily become one of your favourite places in the home!
Featuring quartz countertops, soft close cabinets and drawers, undermount lighting and a beautifully unique backsplash- this kitchen is (Literally!) stunning!
There is no magic in magic- It's all in the details! And the details in this kitchen are just magic!
We love the custom features of this kitchen like the herringbone tile work on the floors, the surprise spice drawer, and the beautiful view from the window over the sink!
The eat in kitchen space provides an excellent alternative to the formal dining room while also offering a beautiful view of the peaceful , private backyard.
Located just off the kitchen, is access to your completely private backyard! This space is completely fenced in and offers a large deck with privacy screen. The property itself backs onto protected GRCA land- meaning you will never have rear neighbours!
Surrounded by beautiful, mature trees, this backyard offers so much privacy in a park-like setting. Also located in the backyard is a shed with hydro, which offers lots of extra storage space and room for your projects.
The Bedroom Wing!
Located to the right of the foyer is the bedroom wing of the home. Here you will find three generous bedrooms offering a fantastic retreat from busy schedules.
The Primary Bedroom is simply lovely- providing you with a huge bedroom, large walk in closet and private ensuite bathroom complete with glass shower!
All of the bedrooms are bright and airy and feature the same refinished hard wood floors as in the rest of the home.
Its apparent that a lot of thought and attention to detail went into the design of this renovation. This is seen when looking at the quality of the finishes throughout the home as well as in the extra little touches- like USB outlets in every bedroom and in the kitchen.
Bungalow vs. Bungaloft: What's the difference?!
While still providing you with spectacular one floor living, the bungaloft takes this a whole level higher (quite literally!) by providing bonus living space in the loft above!
This space is incredible! It can be easily used as a home office, guest accommodations or additional family space. The attached full bathroom completes this space adding comfort and convenience!
This bonus room is breezy and bright thanks to the vaulted ceiling and fantastic sky lights! The blinds on the skylights are remote controlled and the skylights can be vented for added air circulation.
The rain sensors on the skylights work to ensure you never have to worry about forgetting to close them!
One of the best parts about owning a bungalow (or a bungaloft!) is the massive basement footprint that the homes design provides.
This home features a completely wide open, unspoiled basement that is ready for your finishing touches- there so much potential and the options are endless!
2021 property taxes are calculated at $3,768.33. The hot water heater, furnace and air conditioner are all rented for your convenience. They are approximately two years old and the contracts on them can be either assumed or bought out.
Hot Water Tank Rental: $36.04 per month
Furnace and AC Rental: $168.37 per month
Average Utilities: $160.00

The historic Castle Kilbride also call Baden home. The former residence of a Canadian Member of Parliament and owner of flax and linseed oil mills, the castle was designated a National Historic Site of Canada in march of 1994. Built in Baden in 1877 and named after James Livingston's birthplace in Scotland, what a fascinating town full of history.
