A Stunning Single Family Home on a Desirable Baden Street!

Welcome to beautiful Baden, the perfect place to find a peaceful countryside lifestyle with big city amenities just minutes down the road. We're thrilled to share this incredible single family home with you, full of updates, and with more than enough space for the entire family.

The Updates Start in the Kitchen!

From the moment you step into the kitchen, you'll notice the amount of detail that went into this renovation. It's safe to say that no expense was spared to make this kitchen perfect!

The details that went into this kitchen give it such a clean look and feel, from the quartz countertops and the subway backsplash, to the high-end fixtures. There's an undermount sink with a large window above it, all of the stainless steel appliances are newer as well. There's a ton of extra storage around the fridge, which leads you towards the eat-in kitchen.

This main floor is open concept, letting lots of natural light illuminate the space. From the curb to the kitchen and beyond, you can really see how well maintained and updated this home is.

The Primary Suite of your Dreams... and Three Upstairs Bedrooms!

We love single family homes with three upstairs bedrooms because they offer so much flexibility to the families that we often work with.

Not only does this home offer three upstairs bedrooms, but we're confident that this primary suite is going to be your dream primary retreat as well. This space is really the star of this home's upper level, and for good reason. The first thing you'll notice is how huge this room is - you could fit three king beds in here - not that you'd want to though! There's also a huge walk-in closet with a window, and an enormous ensuite bathroom with newer flooring and a standing shower.

A Fully Finished Basement

We think you'll be spending a lot of time in your completely finished basement, it's cozy and has lots of space to make it your own. Currently, the homeowners are using the space as a theatre room and a small workout room to compliment the built-in wet bar. There are lots of options to setting up the space, however. You could use it for a studio, a large home office, a home gym - whatever your needs are, this space has you covered. Down the hallway you'll also find your utility room, storage room, and laundry room.

A Fully Fenced Yard on a Premium Lot, Perfect for Entertaining!

One of the cool features of this home is that it was built on the curb, meaning that this home has a much bigger lot than many of the homes on this street.

The lawn on this property is well manicured and well maintained - much like the rest of the house (unlike Jon's lawn, apparently).

There's ample space to let the pets run around (the yard is fully fenced, pet owners), and to play outside with the kids. The deck here is massive as well, and you have space for not only a full patio furniture set, but also a dining table and a barbeque. This is a great space to entertain your family and friends all summer long. There's also a natural gas hookup, making barbequing a breeze without the need to lug around propane tanks. It's accessible just off the eat-in kitchen, which makes it great for barbequing during the warmer months.

Watch Your Kids Play From Your Covered Front Porch!

One of the things the current homeowners love about the property is sitting on the covered front porch to watch their kids play at the park across the street.

Having the park right across the street is a great perk, as the kids can play with their friends in the community, and let off some steam while you relax and enjoy time off work at home. This neighbourhood is very family friendly, and this home was designed to fit that mold as well.

A Perfect Family Neighbourhood

Located in Baden, this home is just minutes from all of the amenities at the Boardwalk in Kitchener, as well as many of Waterloo Regions attractions.

This home is also within walking distance to two schools, including Sir Adam Beck Public School and the High School (which is just up the road). Even the mailbox is conveniently located as well! One of the things we love about living in this area so much is just how community oriented it is, and how close all of the amenities you need are. You can feel the sense of community around the neighbourhood, as it's rare to see people around here without a smile on!

Beautiful Baden!

Baden is a hidden gem, suburban community located within Wilmot Township and Waterloo Region. Wilmot township is ranked #20 in Macleans Magazine for "Best Communities to Live in Canada".

Picture this:

Living just 10 minutes to Costco and the Ira Needles Boardwalk in Kitchener-Waterloo while experiencing small town country living all at the same time. It really is the perfect balance of tranquility and access to amenities.

The sunsets through the country fields are spectacular, the neighbours are friendly, the schools are incredible and the quality of life is incomparable!

Baden offers so many food options all within a short walk from your doorstep. Baden is so lucky to have Baden Coffee Company, Melina's Grill, EJ's Tavern, Tim Hortons and Subway! The variety is fantastic and will allow a quick bite to eat while leaving town, a morning walk for a coffee, or a sit down family meal! All highly recommended!

Walking Trails?

You will not be disappointed by the walking trails around the town. Wilmot Township has almost 58 km's of walk trails which leaves you with many opportunities to go for a family walk, walk the dog, or go for a run!

A Castle???

The historic Castle Kilbride also call Baden home. The former residence of a Canadian Member of Parliament and owner of flax and linseed oil mills, the castle was designated a National Historic Site of Canada in march of 1994. Built in Baden in 1877 and named after James Livingston's birthplace in Scotland, what a fascinating town full of history.
