If you are looking for independent accommodation, one of Nithview's Garden Homes will be the right fit for you. These monthly rental bungalow townhouses range in size from 1125 sq. ft. to 1425 sq. ft. and include large, single car garages and full basements.
Each home is equipped with a fridge, stove, washer, and dryer. Outdoor patios and flowerbeds allow residents the option of doing their own gardening, if they wish.
Garden Homes services include:

-Lawn care, outdoor maintenance, and snow removal
-Annual furnace inspection

NITHVIEW SENIOR'S VILLAGE APARTMENTS
Nithview Community believes in providing comfortable homes where seniors can experience life and receive the support they require. When choosing to live in a Senior's Village apartment, one can look forward to enjoying conversation with their neighbours, or relaxing in a serene garden setting. If desired, apartment residents may choose to garden in the flower beds.
The village consists of one-bedroom and two-bedroom rental apartments contained in a seven building complex.
Services include:

New Hamburg is a community of approximately 13,500 (as of 2016) in the township of Wilmot, Ontario. It is in the far western part of the Regional Municipality of Waterloo, near the regional border with Perth County. It is adjacent to the community of Baden, which sits to its east and is also part of the Wilmot Township. The nearest cities are Kitchener, Waterloo, and Stratford.
The Nith River winds throughout the town and flows through the downtown core, which is home to a 50-foot waterwheel built in 1990. The weekly newspaper serving the community is the New Hamburg Independent. The downtown has been designated a Heritage Conservation District.
