Through the bedroom windows you will see trees, a pond (which is the starting point for many walking trails), and a creek that runs behind the building. The primary bedroom is spacious and has a built-in closet, ensuring there's enough space for storage.
With this being one of the larger units in the building, the second bedroom offers quite a lot of extra space. The current homeowners are using this unit as an office, but it is plenty big enough to be used as a second bedroom instead.
A Warm and Upgraded Full Bathroom!
Walking into the full bathroom, you'll notice that it looks fresh, bright, and modern. The colours of the bathroom feel very warm and inviting, with clean white highlights throughout. The shower is white acrylic, which is easy to maintain, and the washer/dryer is stacked and located in the closet - exactly where you'd want it.

Between the bedrooms, you will find the utility room.
Located inside is the air conditioner and furnace (which are owned), and the hot water heater (which is a rental unit at $43.55 per month).
It's also important to note that the building has one water softener that services the whole complex, so you don't have to worry about maintenance on that unit.
One of the best parts about condo living is the quality of life and care-free living that you get to enjoy. The condo fees at this complex are quite affordable ($299.00 per month), and cover a lot of things that typical homeowners have to maintain themselves.
Condo fees include: Exterior maintenance and landscaping, snow removal, the roof, exterior doors and windows, grass cutting, garbage removal, and water.
There's something to be said for not stressing the little things, and just enjoying the beautiful setting of this condo in Baden!
