This Home Has Updates!

There are some important updates the current homeowners have completed, and a few other important things to note about this house:

This driveway is large, and can easily fit two cars wide. We are also happy to say that it was recently re-done last year. The front steps were also completed last summer, which greatly increased the curb appeal of this home.

The backyard also has exceptional drainage (including a small swale), meaning the homeowners have never had any problems with water. The home's lot size is approximately 120' x 52', which is a really good sized lot for your family.

Built for a Family, Upgraded for You!

The kitchen is the heart of a home, and this one is no exception!

Fully renovated, fully modernized, and ready for you to make some killer meals that your whole family will love! Entertaining is a complete breeze thanks to the thoughtful design of this kitchen!

This kitchen is SWEET! It's been fully updated for you, and features a ton of custom features that make this room truly a pleasure to cook in!

The homeowners were very meticulous when they did the renovations. All of the cabinetry is custom, and you can see the attention to detail in the finishes - soft close drawers, undermount sink, and some truly beautiful crown molding work. The appliances are all new, there is a bright quartz countertop, and the island is also super functional.

The kitchen flooring is also newer, and was laid under the cabinetry during the renovations. The homeowners also took out part of the wall separating the kitchen and living room, which brings a ton more natural light into the kitchen and gives it a much more open concept feel.

Well Maintained With Lots of Updates!

This home has been so well maintained, and you can tell walking through - there's hardly event a scratch on the floor!

The home has recently updated windows, including the rear windows, bedroom windows, bathroom windows, and kitchen windows. While the windows at the front of the house are original, they face south, meaning a ton of natural light flows through them all day long - especially in the winter!

Space for the Whole Family!

This home features three full bedrooms upstairs - including a bonus bedroom downstairs (which could easily be used as an office, if you preferred). That means this home offers 4 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms - more than enough for all but the largest families!

You can add this home's bathrooms to the list of updated rooms, and we're happy to share that it brings a very nice modern, fresh feel to this home.

The main bathroom has a beautiful granite vanity, and includes a nicely updated shower complete with little cubbies. You can tell that no corners were cut during renovations, and every opportunity to maximize the use of space was taken to make this home look and feel modern and up to date!

More Multi-Purpose Space!

The downstairs features a rec room that offers so much potential - it could be set up as a home office, a home theatre, and so much more.

If you wanted to make the rec room bigger, you could always take out the wall that separates it from the workshop and make a large, open concept space that would be perfect for a large theatre room, home studio, large gym, or anything else that would work for you and your family!

There are some other important things to note at 46 Elizabeth Street, like the utility and heating setup, the laundry room, and of course the beautiful backyard:

In the utility room you will find a high-efficiency gas furnace that is directly ventilated to the outdoors. While this home used to be heated by a wood fireplace, it was converted many years back as constantly bringing down wood was inconvenient, and wood fireplaces are also inefficient. You will also find the water heater here, which is the only rented appliance. It is a recent upgrade as well, and is new as of October 2022.

There's a few things to note in the laundry room. The water softener is owned, and the dryer is actually a gas drier (but the hookups for an upgrade to electric are present). The laundry room has lots of space, including a laundry sink and a 3 piece bathroom.

We already shared how this home was converted over to a high-efficiency forced air gas furnace, but the homeowners decided to maintain a few of the electric radiators to use for supplementary heating if needed.

A Backyard Made for a Family!

This backyard is set up perfectly for your family, and gives you tons of options as to how you use the space. It's large, and has space for lots of activities - like playing catch, setting up a trampoline, or even an above ground pool.

Right outside of the home there is a very private, fenced-in patio that is perfect for entertaining, enjoying some of the fresh country air. and relaxing after a long day of hustle and bustle in the city. We promise that this yard is going to be a big hit with the whole family!
