What Makes a House a Home?
A house is made of concrete, bricks and wood- building materials that when put together can create some of the most beautiful structures. But what is it that transforms this space into a home?
Home is a feeling that is created when everything you need and everyone that you love is together under one roof.
Welcome to 148 Stiefelmeyer Cres in beautiful Baden. It's exactly here where this magic happens, creating that feeling and providing the space to have everything you need and everyone you love under one roof- Welcome Home!
If These Walls Could Talk...
They would tell you a heart warming story about love, happiness and laughter. They would tell you about new babies coming home from the hospital, first steps taken across the living room and nervous first days of school that were so boldly conquered.
They would tell you about the countless family meals enjoyed at the dining room table, cooked in the open kitchen. They would tell you about the ease of living through challenging times with a bright and happy open concept main floor and how snuggling up together at the end of a long day to watch the sunset behind your home can change your perspective in an instant.

Beautiful Baden!
For those of you who do not know the town of Baden well, it is a hidden gem within Wilmot Township and Waterloo Region. Wilmot township is ranked #20 in Macleans Magazine for "Best Communities to Live in Canada". Picture this: Living just 10 minutes to Costco and the Ira Needles Boardwalk in Kitchener-Waterloo while experiencing small town country living all at the same time. The sunsets through the country fields are spectacular, the neighbours are friendly, and the events that are held by the community unite the town as one.
Hungry?
Baden offers so many food options all within a short walk from your doorstep. Baden is so lucky to have Baden Coffee Company, The Nook Cafe, Melina's Grill, EJ's Tavern, Tim Hortons and Subway! The variety is fantastic and will allow a quick bite to eat while leaving town, a morning walk for a coffee, or a sit down family meal! All highly recommended!
Schools?
The schools are just one of many reasons why people come to Baden and stay in Baden. This home is located closely to Sir Adam Beck Public School and Waterloo Oxford High School.
Walking Trails?
You will not be disappointed by the walking trails around the town. Wilmot Township has almost 58 km's of walk trails which leaves you with many opportunities to go for a family walk, walk the dog, or go for a run! https://www.wilmot.ca/en/things-to-do/Trails.aspx
A Castle???
The historic Castle Kilbride also call Baden home. The former residence of a Canadian Member of Parliament and owner of flax and linseed oil mills, the castle was designated a National Historic Site of Canada in march of 1994. Built in Baden in 1877 and named after James Livingston's birthplace in Scotland, what a fascinating town full of history.
