A Home Made for a Family:

This is a One You Have to See!

We're excited to share this beautiful three bedroom, three bathroom semi-detached home with a double car garage. There's a ton to love here, from a great location in Baden, to the unique and functional layout with vaulted great room ceilings. This home was built with such a unique floorplan, we're sure you won't find anything like it.

If you like privacy, then this home is for you, as the backyard backs onto a greenbelt, so living with no rear neighbours is the norm here!

This Main Floor Has Such a Unique Layout, with TONS of Updates!

Starting at the front of the home, there's so much natural light that flows through the glass front door. The main foyer also features a double coat closet, meaning there's lots of storage room here for the entire family.

Heading down the hallway, you'll find a two-piece bathroom and a door that leads to your double car garage - certainly a rare find in a semi-detached home.

Probably our favourite room in the house is the great room, and this space is what makes this house really stand out. Large windows and vaulted ceilings mean this space is bright, and it has a view of the beautiful backyard and all of the foliage.

Heading into the kitchen, you'll notice some of the beautiful renovations that the current homeowners have done to this home. This kitchen is huge, offers tons of storage, and lots of countertop space on these beautiful quartz countertops. The kitchen has high end finishes like all stainless appliances, an undermount sink, undermount lighting, a nice backsplash, and beautiful dark wood cabinetry.

Enjoy cooking on your gas range, and have the whole family help prepare dinner without bumping shoulders. All of this leads to your covered porch, offering easy barbeque access for grilling all year long (as the porch is covered)!

Three Upstairs Bedrooms with a Loft-Style View!

We love family homes with three upstairs bedrooms, because they offers so much flexibility for families. This home also has a unique feature in the loft-style view looking over the great room, and a sort of skylight looking out towards the backyard.

This home's primary bedroom is very large - you could certainly put a king-sized bed in here if you wanted. The primary also has a really beautiful, large cluster of windows that bring in lots of natural light to the space.

One unique feature of the primary bedroom is the double closet setup, which some of the larger units in this complex weren't even built with.

The upper level of this home has a decent sized linen closet, and two other bedrooms that are also nice size. Each of those bedrooms have their own closets, and could certainly fit a queen sized bed in them if need be. Off of the upper hallway, you'll find the top floor's full 4-piece bathroom.

Expanded Living Space in the Completely Finished Basement!

The lower level has been completely finished by the current homeowners, and offers a ton of extra living space with great improvements - like the beautiful vinyl flooring.

This lower level rec room is perfect to be used as a theatre room, play space for the kids, home studio, or even a home office, if desired.

This space has a full 3-piece bathroom, meaning that this home does indeed have a bathroom on each level - a great family feature. Through the hallway you'll find an unfinished room that currently serves as the laundry room, and a storage room as well.

One of the nice things in this home is that all of the appliances and mechanics are all owned, including the furnace, AC, Hot Water Heater, Water Softener and even the nice air exchanger. No monthly rental fees here!

Backing onto Greenspace with No Rear Neighbours!

Another detail making this home such a standout property is the fact that it backs onto Greenspace and has zero rear neighbours. This offers a quality of life that so many dream of, but only few are able to achieve!

The sunsets through the country fields are spectacular, the neighbours are friendly, the schools are incredible and the quality of life is incomparable!

Baden offers so many food options all within a short walk from your doorstep. Baden is so lucky to have Baden Coffee Company, Melina's Grill, EJ's Tavern, Tim Hortons and Subway! The variety is fantastic and will allow a quick bite to eat while leaving town, a morning walk for a coffee, or a sit down family meal! All highly recommended!

A Castle???

The historic Castle Kilbride also call Baden home. The former residence of a Canadian Member of Parliament and owner of flax and linseed oil mills, the castle was designated a National Historic Site of Canada in march of 1994. Built in Baden in 1877 and named after James Livingston's birthplace in Scotland, what a fascinating town full of history.
