There's a couple of features to note in the utility room of this home. First off, the water heater is owned and not rented, which means you are not paying a monthly rental fee. The furnace is in great shape, the AC was replaced recently, and you will also find the water softener is in good working condition. The house waste/water goes into one of those tanks and is then pumped to the municipal drain. The second tank is for more solid wastes that doesn’t get pumped to the municipal service but is pumped every few years or so. The current homeowners, a family of 5 have it pumped out every 2 – 3 years
